Aries:
Just hours before the new Moon your fiery and energetic ruler Mars will have just squared off with sombre Saturn! Prepare for some frustration and potentially some obstacles between now and the end of this month! Be sure to remain patient (Saturn!) if necessary, just walk away from a project if things are going your way. This new Moon lights up your relationships, primarily romantic but also any business partnerships you might have, too. This is the only new Moon in this sector of your birth chart this year so make it count!
If you are currently in a relationship, be sure to set your intentions for how you would like your partnership to grow and develop over the next six months, until the full Moon in Libra. Taurus:
Less than an hour before the new Moon, your ruler the lovely Venus heads into secretive and sultry Scorpio! Venus will be moving through the zone of your chart highlighting your romantic relationships for the next three and a half weeks.
Since this new Moon occurs in the other Venus ruled sign, Libra, this will be an important new Moon for you. Your all-important ruler, Mercury, is heading retrograde just days after the new Moon! Halloween marks the day Mercury goes backward for the final time in 2019. My Mercury retrograde forecast by sign will be out by the end of this month - stay tuned!

Virgo:
Your all-important ruler Mercury just slipped into sidereal Scorpio on October 23 and is headed for the final retrograde phase on October 31! I will be sending out your Mercury retrograde forecast after the new Moon.
Meanwhile, the new Moon is illuminating your assets and savings. The almost exact opposition from unpredictable Uranus may bring some unexpected news in this area - possible a windfall or maybe an unplanned expense. Regardless, this is a fabulous new Moon to set your intentions around savings goals for the future, especially as it relates to the money that you earn from your work.
Feisty Mars and disciplined Saturn have been in play for the last month, but they are squaring off just before this new Moon! This new Moon is all about YOU! Before I get into your new Moon forecast it is important to note that your ruler Venus will slide into sultry Scorpio about 30 minutes before the darkest phase of this new Moon. See if you can feel this shift.
This new Moon is all about your intentions you want to set with regard to your work, career and your public persona and your physical appearance. Stay alert this weekend regarding these areas of your life. Unpredictable Uranus is in direct opposition to this new Moon and you may have some unexpected or bizarre interactions at work or in the realm of social media.
If you want to change your appearance this will be a perfect time to set things into motion. Renegade Rahu will be cheering you on from Gemini, too. Scorpio:
Hold on tight Scorpio! Just before the new Moon, your feisty ruler Mars square off with disciplined Saturn. The tension on this interaction has been building all month and is coming to a head just prior to the new Moon! You may have been frustrated with your mother or one of your siblings or you may be experiencing some unexpected expenses that are draining your savings. This is NOT the time to get into any kind of altercation with family. If you can hold off until early November, you have a much better chance of communicating with them rationally and coming to a resolution.
The new Moon is occurring in the house associated with isolation and the subconscious mind. The opposition from unpredictable Uranus to this new Moon could bring some unexpected news, potentially as it relates to someone that you work with, work for or possibly pertaining to your father. Before I get into the new Moon, please mark your calendar for a very important coming date! Your all-important ruler Jupiter is headed into sidereal Sagittarius or the first time since November 2007! Think back to that period from November 2007 to November 2008 and recall what significant event occurred for you at that time. Before we get into this new Moon, it is super important to understand that your pragmatic ruler Saturn is squaring off with fiery Mars just minutes before this new Moon! You may have had some difficult interactions with your father or a teacher over the last month. If your father is no longer on this earthly plane, you may be working through some important issues regarding your past relationship with him and your possibly your mother, too. This influence will soften by the end of the month and will completely move off by early November. The BEST news EVER is that Saturn is headed into Capricorn late January for the first time since March 1990!
