🌟 Rising Sign Guide: How your chart ruler is drawn into the Pisces Full Moon tide
✨ A Message from Pamela
Hi friends,
The Full Moon time is typically an amplified, emotional period. Maybe you’re already feeling it, too? Today and tomorrow as the Moon approaches its full phase, it has to pass by Saturn (and Neptune). The Saturn influence can bring a heaviness or melancholic energy. A deep emotional tide is rolling in with this watery Pisces Full Moon.
And it’s not just the astrology, although the celestial sky mirrors so much of what’s unfolding on the ground. I don’t need to explain why this is such a difficult time in America – and so many other parts of the world. You can feel that there’s tension and uncertainty, regardless of your political views, your spiritual or religious beliefs. For many there’s grief, for what’s been lost, for what feels broken, for the deep divisions that we don’t always know how to bridge.
October's Full Moon is in the final zodiac sign, the last nakshatra, and is near the end of the sidereal zodiac. I’ve been thinking of it as the Moon of the quiet goodbyes, and it feels like one of those turning points we might only recognize fully in hindsight. It’s a Moon that offers stillness, and maybe some answers in time. To imagine a new way forward.
If you’re feeling adrift, you are not alone... I’m right there with you. Let’s take this Full Moon moment to be gentle with ourselves and with each other.
With care and reverence, keep looking up!

Lunar Lowdown: Full Moon Between Worlds with Saturn & Neptune

Full Moon: Your Lunar Coordinates
Date & Time: October 6, 2025 @ 8:47 PM PT / 11:47 PM ET
Sign & Degree: 19°55′ Pisces (Sidereal)
Nakshatra: Revati – The Shining One, Guide of Departing Souls
Deity: Pushan
Ruling Planet: Mercury (nakshatra), Jupiter (Pisces rashi)
Planetary Influence: Full Moon conjunct Saturn and Neptune (retrograde)
October's Full Harvest Moon peaks on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 8:47 PM PT / 11:47 PM ET.
From LiveScience.com - Dusk on Tuesday will be the best time to see the full moon appear on the eastern horizon, but it’s also worth looking east at dusk on Sunday (Oct. 5) to see the almost-full moon shine just above Saturn, which is about as close to Earth as it ever gets.
The inherent endings associated with the final tithi (phase) of the Full Moon energy are softened by Revati nakshatra's gentle nature, inviting us to reflect and find compassion in our closures. But there is company in Pisces with the Full Moon... Saturn and Neptune are also in Pisces. Saturn brings a melancholic influence and karmic gravity, while Neptune diffuses boundaries and opens doors to the imaginal and unseen.
In the two days prior to the Moon reaching its peak, it must first cross over retrograde Saturn and then Neptune. It may feel as though we are caught in a watery Piscean undertow, pressing us to reckon with both reality and illusion, simultaneously.
Saturn's influence can bring grief to the surface and offer spiritual insights, and Neptune can cause emotional fog and even a sense of beautiful disorientation. It might feel like chaos…but perhaps it’s better understood as cosmic compost—rich, invisible soil that nourishes what comes next.
This combination asks:
What emotional truths are surfacing now that cannot be unseen?
What dreams are dissolving—and what sacred longing remains?
Are you resisting the tide… or learning how to float?

♈ Aries Rising: Soul-Shedding Season
Waves of emotion in your subconscious are rippling with the Full Moon in watery and emotional Pisces. Old issues you thought that you had already dealt with long ago, powerful dreams, and the occasional awareness of illusion float gently to the surface. Simply observe what feels ready to be released or is about to fade away. Stay grounded, allow old and new emotions to be processed, and reflect on how forgiveness, whether directed toward yourself or others. You’re shedding old skin. Let the transformation and new clarity arise naturally.
♉ Taurus Rising: A Gentle Reset of Hopes and Circles
Along with retrograde Saturn and Neptune, the Full Moon asks you to consider re-calibrating your long-term goals, social networks, and even income sources. Casual friendships or or groups on social media may be dissolving...unintentionally or intentionally, and the Full Moon can bring closure. This gives you the chance to realign with people who actively support your vision of the future. Let the Full Moon in Revati nakshatra help you bless what’s ending and walk you toward something that resonates more deeply and nourishes your spirit.
♊ Gemini Rising: Rethinking Success, Quietly
This Full Moon is happening at the peak of your chart, emphasizing career goals, public reputation, and the visible role you play in the world. You might feel caught between goals and ambition and and an urge to retreat. Saturn wants structure. Neptune…not so much! If you’re feeling disoriented or without direction in your career, take a breath. You’re not meant to charge forward right now, but to take some time to reassess. Do your goals still belong to you? Or do they belong to someone else’s story? This is your moment to course-correct.
♋ Cancer Rising: Time to Drop the Old Map
You are being given permission to let go of spiritual beliefs that just don't seem to fit anymore at this Full Moon in Revati nakshatra. If you've been questioning a practice you used to really connect with, or if a spiritual or religious tradition feels off, now is the time to release. It's not about rejecting where you've been or what you have learned, but about taking what mattered from those experiences and building something that really resonates with who you are today. You don't need to see the entire road ahead to take the next step. Sometimes faith is about taking a leap even when the path forward isn't clear yet.
♌ Leo Rising: Quiet Endings, Unspoken Agreements
Something's shifting around shared finances in a romantic or business partnership, maybe without anyone actually saying anything out loud. Often times the transformation starts quietly, behind the scenes. This Full Moon in Revati nakshatra is asking: what are you still carrying that doesn't belong to you anymore? Not every promise or contract (spoken or unspoken) needs to last forever. Give yourself permission to release what's weighing you down and move forward with a clearer sense of what's actually yours to hold.
♍ Virgo Rising: Honest Edits in Relationship
The Full Moon is in a prominent angle in your chart this month, and is squarely in your partnership zone. This is the place where Saturn wants the truth and Neptune is trying to keep things dream-like. Whether it's a romantic partner, business relationship, or just your idea of what partnership should be, something needs a second look. Are you doing too much in the name of keeping the peace? Is something quietly wrapping up? Let go of the dynamics that exhaust you. There's space now for something more balanced.
♎ Libra Rising: Lightening the Load
Your routines, health, and daily grind are all lit up right now. If you've been running yourself into the ground or carrying more than your share, this Full Moon is telling you to stop. Take a break. Assess what truly needs to be accomplished on the day to day list, and release the rest. Not everything is yours to fix. Lose the guilt, the pressure, the endless list of "shoulds." Your body already knows what your mind is trying to talk over. Rest isn't optional, and you are allowed to re-prioritize. Saturn in the 6th does want us to work hard but also in setting limits to learn where our boundaries are to prevent over-extension and burnout.
♏ Scorpio Rising: Releasing Old Scripts of Joy
The 5th house is where you love, create, play, experience joy and children, but also where you remember who you actually are at the core. But with Saturn and Neptune here for a while, some of that joy might feel foggy or like it's quietly fading. A creative project, a romance, your relationship with your kids or your inner child—feels like it's shifting. If it doesn't feel real anymore, let it soften and go. You need that space for whatever is genuine, fosters happiness and supports self-expression.
♐ Sagittarius Rising: Clearing the Roots
This Full Moon lights up the very foundation of your chart. The place that holds home, family, and your emotional roots. If something's felt off here, whether it's a space in your home that doesn't feel right or a family dynamic that's draining you, you might feel the pull at this Full Moon to grieve it and let it go. Release it with love. Saturn with the Full Moon supports building a strong foundation for future success, although this is a time that you are being a to asked to look inward, and there can be a feeling of withdrawal from the world or a sense of being emotionally separated from family and the comforts of life. Let your inner world support who you are now.
♑ Capricorn Rising: Finding Your Voice Again
Saturn, your chart ruler, is sitting right there with the Full Moon. If you've been denying, spiritual bypassing or not speaking your truth or dodging difficult conversations, now is the time to ask yourself why. What's gone unsaid? What have you outgrown? Speak clearly. With Saturn's support you can achieve mastery in a specific skill, writing, or public speaking through hard work and persistence although with a cautious approach. This can be good for writers, novelists, researchers. Remember your words, your everyday world, your courage. hard work and self-effort are all required to achieve your goals.
♒ Aquarius Rising: What's Worth Holding Onto?
The Full Moon alongside retrograde Saturn is asking for a review, re-assessment, or restructure around the way you use your financial and personal resources. Use the energies of the Full Moon to evaluate your true values and self-worth, which can in turn influence your material choices and financial planning for the future. If something you used to value doesn't feel right anymore, let it go. The Full Moon in Revati nakshatra shows you what's complete. Saturn gives you the discipline and structure to release it, and eventually replace it with something new. Trust what's quietly falling away.
♓ Pisces Rising: Becoming the New You
This is the annual (and only!) Full Moon in your rising sign. It might feel like a ending, but it's not necessarily connected to someone else. But to an former version of yourself. Your energy, identity, sense of self, maturity—it's all shifting. You may feel more introverted and experience self-doubts in areas of life where you typically wouldn't. That's consistent with Saturn transiting the first house and with the Full Moon in Revati nakshatra lighting your path alongside Saturn, it will be clear what needs to be released. This Full Moon doesn't need you to know who you're becoming during this two and a half year Saturn transit, but to let go of any roles that no longer fit.
