This is just a reminder for those who are new to my new and full Moon forecasts and other articles -- my forecasts are created using the sidereal zodiac calculations. Your rising sign, and other planets in your birth chart will usually (but not 100% of the time) shift signs from your tropically calculated horoscope.

Once you have entered your birth information (you need your birth time to calculate your rising sign!) scroll down on the results page to the Planetary Details section - the first line will say ASC - this is your ascendant or rising sign and the zodiac sign listed will be your rising sign. If you do not have your birth time you can read the horoscope for your Sun and Moon signs, also listed under the Planetary Details section.
February 8, Full Moon in Cancer Horoscopes
The full Moon in Cancer happens the day after Mars moves into Sagittarius. This brilliant Cancer full Moon is especially glowing its own sign and will illuminate the areas of life related to your home, happiness, mother and intuition. This will signal the perfect time complete projects related to your home, land or vehicles.
The full Moon in Ashlesha nakshatra is a particularly good nakshatra for endings and for disposing of things. Since the full Moon occurs in your fourth house it is a fantastic time to clear that clutter! Marie Kondo it! Especially in the northwest direction of your home or property, since northwest is the direction related to Moon.
After the full Moon, fiery Mars will be moving toward detached and spiritual Ketu for the next two weeks, finally to join Ketu on February 23 on the new Moon. Ketu has extreme fiery energy, as does Mars and the zodiac sign Sagittarius! This is a potentially explosive combination, especially if you are in the main or sub period of Ketu.
Mark your calendar a few days before these two meet up!
Unpredictable Uranus will be in the mix too, so go slowly, breathe, take your time (I know Aries – this is not your strong suit!) when doing any physical task.
Be sure to watch your head around this time – Mars rules the first house which is the top and back of the head and remember – Ketu is HEADLESS!
So, there is great potential for “headless” or mindless behaviors that could lead to less than desirable results. A few days to pay close attention to Aries and note on your calendar is February 22 through 24.
Once Mars moves past Ketu (whew!) he is moving toward joyful Jupiter! This will really invigorate Mars and will create the potential for a last-minute journey to a foreign land, especially after February 27 and into March. Or you may decide to take a meditation course or a workshop, or even go back to school!

With the full Moon highlighting your third house, this is a good time to wrap up any writing, marketing or other communication projects. Be sure to put your heart and soul into your message since the full Moon is happening in its own sign of sensitive Cancer!
If you have any outstanding emotional issues that you are working through with a younger brother or sister, this is a great time to speak clearly with heart and get some closure.
The day before, during and after the full Moon might be somewhat difficult for a partner if you are in a relationship. They may be headed for some personal transformation over the next month or so and the period when Mars is crossing over the boundary from watery Scorpio to fiery Sagittarius is particularly tricky. Be kind and patient with your partner from February 6-9 and February 21-25 when Mars is very close to detached Ketu. Fortunately, Valentine’s day happens to fall right in-between these two transits!

Ok – let’s talk about the full Moon! This is the only full Moon in Cancer this year and this is the home office of Moon where it is super strong, brilliant and beautiful! Since full Moon energy is about completion, this is the time to review your savings and see if you need to cut any spending to achieve your financial objectives for 2020.
Since the Moon will be full in its own sign of sensitive Cancer, there will be tremendous support for editing unnecessary expenditures so that you can achieve your financial goals. The full Moon also connects to your family of origin, too.
If you have any outstanding issues to take care of, particularly with your mother, then this will be a good time to work toward a conclusion. This is YOUR full Moon, sensitive Cancer! The only full Moon in your sign for 2020. Make it count!
Which personal objective do you want to complete? Ashlesha nakshatra is very supportive for removing things and since this full Moon occurs in the first house of self, what do you want to complete or delete or edit from your life experience? Now is the time to remove any obstacles that are standing in your way for the future and the new year ahead.

It’s time to clear any subconscious mental clutter with this bright full Moon in Cancer! Spend a few minutes on the full Moon day meditating if you can. Dig deep into your intuition and your sub-conscious mind.

Full Moon endings. Your broader social network may be up for a review around this full Moon. The sharp energy of Ashlesha nakshatra is good for endings and removal of unwanted things -- relationships, diseases, habits, you get my drift! This is also a good time to put to rest any outstanding issues with an older sibling.
At the time of the full Moon, your good friend Venus will be in Pisces. This is the exaltation sign of Venus and your house of partnerships! Valentine’s celebrations could be particularly romantic with love-loving Venus in Pisces in your relationship zone. If you are in a committed partnership, Venus in Pisces can deepen your connection and take your intimacy with your partner to a more spiritual level. Venus will remain in Pisces almost until the end of February. Endings are bubbling to the surface around this full Moon, especially related to your career, public persona and your reputation. Since this full Moon signals endings – what is that you want to conclude in order to make room for new career goals in 2020? Ashlesha nakshatra will encourage getting rid of anything related to your career and public image that no longer serves your highest good.
